About The Position

Zaxbys is leading a digital transformation that's redefining how guests experience fast casual dining - and we're looking for a high-performing, high-potential leader to help us write the next chapter. As the Manager, eCommerce & Digital Growth, you'll own the strategy and execution that drives traffic, sales, and profitability across our digital ecosystem - including native ordering channels, third-party delivery (3PD), and loyalty platforms. Requirements

  • Proven success owning a traffic or sales plan and delivering measurable revenue growth
  • Experience managing vendor and platform partnerships (3PD, media agencies, or digital solution providers)
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen - you balance bold growth goals with disciplined profitability management
  • Excellence communication and leadership skills - able to influence across teams and levels
  • Strategic mindset with a hand-on execution style - comfortable moving from the big picture to the details in the same day
  • Ambition to grow into a senior leadership role within a high performance digital organization
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or growth strategy ideally in QSR, retail, or a multi-unit franchise brand

Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Traffic and Sales Growth
  • Own the annual and quarterly digital traffic and sales plan - setting goals, identifying levers, and tracking performance against KPIs
  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies across Zaxbys native digital platforms and 3PD partners to increase topline sales and guest frequency
  • Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize promotions, ad spend, pricing, and partnerships for both revenue growth and franchisee profitability
  • Fuel Search & Discovery
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) agency and listings platforms to ensure every location is optimized for discovery and conversion
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements that drive traffic and revenue
  • Create and refine content strategies for local store pages in partnership with Brand, UX, IT, and Franchisees
  • Lead Vendor and Partner Relationships
  • Serve as primary point of contact for digital vendors and 3PD delivery partners - holding them accountable to performance, SLAs, and shared growth goals
  • Collaborate with Media, Product, Operations, and IT to align partner initiatives with brand strategy and guest experience priorities
  • Negotiate and manage vendor budgets, ensuring resources are allocated to high ROI opportunities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop, socialize, and manage the opportunities roadmap and promotional calendar, balancing innovation with operational excellence
  • Partner with Data Science, Finance, and Loyalty teams to build performance dashboards and measure impact and National, Local, and Store levels
  • Lead A/B testing and data analysis to refine merchandising, UX, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Leadership and Collaboration
  • Coach and develop the eCommerce Coordinator, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and continuous improvement in process and results
  • Serve as a bridge between Brand vision and Operational reality - connecting marketing, digital product, and franchise constituents around a shared growth plan
  • Champion digital best practices and inspire a results-driven, test and learn culture
