We’re looking for a Manager, E-Commerce Site Merchandising who will be responsible for driving online sales, conversion rates, and profitability by optimizing product categorization, search, navigation, and visual presentation. You will align site content with marketing campaigns and collaborate with marketing on brand storytelling, manage the promotional calendar, analyze customer behavior, and ensure a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and market trends to optimize our product assortment and make informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce leaders, marketing, creative, and product development to ensure our website offers a seamless shopping experience that drives conversion and revenue growth. This role will be reporting to the VP, Frame Strategy. If based in the Bay Area, this role requires occasional in-office presence for monthly team meetings.
