Reporting to the Director, DTC Subscriber Growth, the Manager of Conversion Optimization will join a growing team tasked with the marketing launch and growth of MS NOW’s new-to-market subscription experience. This role will be tasked with maintaining, testing, and optimizing the direct-to-consumer conversion funnels on web and in-app to support subscription and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience with subscription management and testing platforms, has designed, deployed and optimized testing roadmaps, and can mobilize cross-functional teams needed to support. This role will require GRIT and an analytical mindset to be successful in an environment where we are building and launching these capabilities for the first time.
