Amex Digital Labs is responsible for catalyzing innovation at American Express by originating, incubating, and managing products and platforms that are essential to our customers' lives. We are a fast-paced team that leverages emerging technologies to develop digital payment and financial services products, customer servicing solutions, and engaging membership experiences. We often collaborate with top technology companies and strategic partners to bring products to market. We are looking for a Product Manager to manage new features and products that are uniquely enabled by Web3 technology on our newly released Amex Passport product. The person taking this role will create novel features across travel, dining, and entertainment to create habitual engagement with our Card Members. They'll work with broader team to invent new offerings that drive connections with our Card Members. This Product Manager will be required to conduct market research pinpointing customer needs, determine the customer experience, work cross-functionally to drive and articulate requirements, deliver product features, define complex architecture in collaboration with tech, and evolve the product backlog. This person will also own product analytics - monitoring performance metrics, uncovering insights, and identifying opportunities for optimization. They'll be responsible for reporting results and trends to key partners and helping guide data-driven decisions. The Product Manager, along with the Product Director, will represent the product with internal and external audiences.
