American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Managers, Digital Product Management to support the development and delivery of software products that align with strategic business objectives, ensuring both functional value and technical excellence across the product lifecycle. Define product scope and objectives, ensure compliance with standards and best practices, and address production issues through structured analysis and resolution workflows. Translate business needs into features, user stories, and test criteria to guide both business and technology teams. Create and maintain detailed business and technical documentation to support each stage of development. Drive effective issue tracking and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure all product and capability areas are guided by a clear and actionable roadmap focused on accelerating time to market, minimizing operational risks, and maximizing business impact. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop, test, and deploy defined capabilities and continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience with project-managing large-scale product development projects through all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
  • 1 year of experience with product design and development
  • 1 year of experience with business systems and requirements analysis, including root cause analysis and business process mapping
  • 1 year of experience overseeing the design, development, and testing of application code
  • 1 year of experience leading the analysis, implementation, and scaling of technical solutions
  • 1 year of experience troubleshooting and resolving issues through structured testing processes to inform implementation improvements
  • 1 year of experience delivering industry-leading solutions to market under tight timelines
  • 1 year of experience monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving live business systems and applications
  • 1 year of experience presenting complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 1 year of experience leading cross functional collaboration to resolve technical and system-level issues
  • 1 year of experience maintaining highly available, scalable systems with live traffic
  • 1 year of experience with CLI, Evolved Packet Core, HPSM Tool, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and TeMIP.
