The Manager, Digital Communications is responsible for leading and executing L.A. Care’s digital communications strategy across all digital channels. This position ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic vision, business goals, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards, Section 508 accessibility, and regulatory requirements. This position manages front-end and back-end operations including content development, User Experience (UX) design, page creation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, coding, development, and platform security in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in strengthening L.A. Care’s reputation, elevating the member experience, advancing public health initiatives, supporting product, sales, and marketing initiatives, and cultivating meaningful relationships with members, providers, and community partners. The Manager also supports digital communications for Community Resource Centers, ensuring localized outreach efforts are aligned with broader organizational strategies. The Manager manages all aspects of running an efficient team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, training, disciplining, and motivating direct reports. Participates and makes recommendation on the department's strategic planning and/or long-term decision-making.
