The Opportunity As the Sr. Manager, Womens Health Enterprise, reporting to Enterprise Solutions Director, you will help build the Enterprise Organization designed to address special requirements of large, complex accounts, achieve a competitive advantage and create future growth. You will be responsible for selling the entire line of products to key providers of women’s health services, including large independent and health system-owned OBGYN practices. The selling process includes developing and maintaining new business in defined national accounts with specific account plans and tactics. Improving access and criteria with payers on Molecular testing coverage and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive growth for products (i.e Field Sales, Contracting and Pricing, Trade, Marketing etc.) This role will manage two Inside Sales Specialists, who are responsible for lead generation, as well as opportunity qualification and advancement. The role will better leverage the full portfolio of AMD’s products and services to create unique customer value to AMD’s largest,highest revenue/profit potential and most important customer accounts. The incumbent has direct sales responsibility selling to the ‘C Suite’ or senior executives establishing long term relationships that must be leveraged to drive new and protect existing business. The individual will solicit leads for new business development. The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L for each customer as well as developing the profitable growth that is needed to achieve LRP commitments.
