Why This Role Matters As Manager, Demand Generation , you’ll build and scale the marketing engine that fuels Mogl’s next stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution — turning campaigns into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. You’ll take ownership of our paid media programs, marketing automation, and analytics, working closely with Sales Ops and BDR teams to keep the funnel healthy and growing. Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, media, or adtech.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics (GA4), and paid media platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Clear, collaborative communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel lead generation campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, programmatic, and more).
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance with an eye toward continuous improvement.
  • Translate Mogl’s market positioning into conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Oversee HubSpot Marketing Hub strategy and day-to-day execution.
  • Continue developing HubSpot Build segmentation, lead scoring, and automated workflows that convert leads into opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate lifecycle management and campaign attribution across systems.
  • Track and optimize performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards.
  • Maintain clean data flow between HubSpot → Salesforce.
  • Monitor pipeline health, attribution, and campaign ROI to guide decision-making.
  • Deliver recurring performance insights to inform strategy and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and BDR teams to align on lead handoff, feedback loops, sales enablement materials, and SLAs.
  • Ensure campaigns are driving the right leads to the right teams at the right time.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to amplify thought-leadership, case studies, and insights through paid media and nurture programs.
  • Support event marketing efforts (webinars, industry conferences, hosted events) by driving registration, retargeting engagement, and post-event nurture.
  • Provide performance insights to inform messaging, creative direction, and campaign positioning.
  • Explore new channels, creative formats, and tactics to drive growth.
  • Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks as we scale.
