About The Position

Hayward Flow Control, a division of Hayward Industries, is a leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial thermoplastic valves, actuation and controls, instrumentation, filters, strainers, corrosion resistant pumps, bulkhead fittings and tank accessories. Hayward Flow Control products are used in water and wastewater treatment, chemical processing & transfer, chemical feed, aquatic/animal life support systems, mining, and many other industrial processing systems worldwide. Hayward's thermoplastic and actuation products accommodate aggressive and corrosive environments, delicate ecosystems, or the strictest chemical balances to keep water and life working together. The Senior Manager, Demand Generation and Sales Enablement, develops and executes integrated marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and support the sales team across key OEM accounts, Capex projects, distribution, and e-commerce channels. This role partners with sales and marketing leadership, overseeing all demand generation initiatives and ensuring the sales team is equipped with effective tools and content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
  • Proven success in building scalable demand generation programs.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, sales enablement, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with analytics and campaign management tools.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into marketing and sales workflows, including predictive analytics, lead scoring models, and AI-driven engagement tools (e.g., chatbots, personalization engines).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in distribution/channel marketing and MRO industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Multi-Channel Demand Generation: Design and execute integrated campaigns across paid search, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, e-commerce, and distribution channels. Leverage Hayward’s “Made in USA” advantage and implement account-based marketing for high-value targets.
  • Sales Enablement & Content Development: Collaborate with marketing to produce and continuously improve sales enablement materials, including technical blogs, case studies, thought leadership, battle cards, pitch decks, and ROI calculators. Establish feedback loops between sales and marketing to enhance content and lead quality.
  • Distributor & Channel Programs: Build distributor enablement programs and co-branded initiatives to support channel partners.
  • Marketing Technology & AI Integration: Manage and evolve the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms. Integrate AI-driven tools for real-time engagement, analytics, predictive lead scoring, and personalization. Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including MQLs, SALs, pipeline influence, win rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use AI/ML tools for marketing data analysis, campaign optimization, and ROI measurement.
