We’re looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead, develop, and inspire a team of approximately 10 client-facing product experts who help our customers get maximum value from AlphaSense. As a leader in our Customer Success organization, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives (pre-sales) and Account Managers (post-sales) to ensure our Customer Success Managers are delivering exceptional engagements — from high-impact demos that win new business to adoption campaigns that drive long-term success. You’ll set strategy, coach for performance, and ensure we have the right coverage and resources in place to support our most important accounts across the financial services markets.
