The Chains Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers through account penetration, sales and marketing activities. Achieving goals by b uilding a business plan to maximize profitable growth , building communication and other tools with marketing to increase sales, creating new business building opportunities. We are looking for a Chains Partnership Manager who can build strong relationships across organizations , set priorities and follow through on commitments while demonstrat ing creativity, innovation, and initiative.

Requirements

  • You are a self ‑ driven, independent sales professional with a strong presence and can manage a large, diverse book of business
  • You ’re a road warrior who is c omfortable traveling up to 40% of the time to meet customers on - site, observe operations, and build deeper executive ‑ level relationships
  • You have p roven success in account management and new business development, handling a high volume of accounts, and driving YoY growth
  • You are s killed at engaging leaders, presenting value propositions, and developing partnerships end ‑ to ‑ end
  • You know how to engage with leaders, share value propositions, and develop partnerships using your legendary analytical skills, communication skills, and presentation skills
  • You are c onfident making outbound calls and maintaining strong talk ‑ time to generate and nurture opportunities
  • You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative, team atmosphere
  • You have fantastic communication & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • You have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home
  • You have basic Microsoft Office Skills and are comfortable regularly using PowerPoint and Excel
  • You are a natural born leader, m otivated by long ‑ term professional sales growth

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM and ERP s ystems, specifically Salesforce or SAP
  • Extensive B2B S ales experience (bo nus points for any knowledge or experience in Supply Chain, Finance and/or Marketing !)

Responsibilities

  • Exceed annual goals through development of business plans designed to maximize profitable sales growth
  • Lead a book of key chain restaurant partners hips and their franchise networks through new business prospecting, exceptional relationship development and ambitious growth strategies
  • Build in-depth knowledge of your book of restaurant accounts , their kitchen equipment, and industry trends
  • Cultivate a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives
  • Grow a large book of retail accounts by strengthening existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities
  • Engage regularly with mid ‑ tier to C ‑ suite leaders through focused outreach (around 20 calls/day) and strategic in ‑ person visits
  • Travel to see customer operations firsthand, build trust, and present our value propositions and digital tools
  • Partner with internal teams while independently driving your own pipeline, prioritizing warm leads , and growing your book of accounts
