Position Overview: Reporting to the VP, Talent, the Culture & Community Manager designs and activates programs that bring Enerpac’s values to life, inside and outside our walls. This role connects employee experience, internal community building, and external community impact (volunteering/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)), using data to measure what moves engagement, belonging, and pride in ETG. The ideal candidate is an energetic builder who can turn strategy into rituals, programs, and stories that scale globally while respecting and supporting local nuance.
