Requirements

Experience in HR, Talent, or Culture‑focused roles, ideally with 2 years of leadership responsibilities
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
3+ years of recruitment experience and a passion for building inclusive, high‑engagement workplaces

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual a plus
Hotel experience a plus

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across all T&C functions.
Implement and continuously improve policies, programs, and processes that support growth, engagement, and organizational health.
Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment and retention consistently executed
Serve as a trusted resource for team members at all levels, offering guidance on Talent & Culture matters.
Build strong relationships and promote open communication across the organization.
Foster an environment that champions inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
Develop and execute culture‑building initiatives, events, and engagement strategies.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the organization.
Support the creation of programs that reinforce a positive, people‑focused workplace.
