About The Position

Timex Group is seeking a Creative Operations & Production Manager to lead creative workflows and production execution. This role will serve as the primary creative operations partner for a brand/s, ensuring creative and marketing initiatives are executed efficiently across channels. Working closely with Global Product, Global Brand, DTC, and Wholesale teams, this role will manage the end-to-end creative process, from brief through production to final asset delivery, supporting campaigns, product launches, and seasonal execution initiatives. The role oversees high-volume creative production, including multiple photoshoots and content productions across seasons, while maintaining strong organization, timelines, and quality control. A key responsibility is maintaining the central system for project and production management, assigning work to internal teams and external creative partners, ensuring all briefs and inputs are in place to initiate work, managing approvals and feedback, and tracking milestones, timelines, and priorities across projects. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with a creative sensibility and thrives managing multiple productions, complex workflows, and high volumes of creative assets across e-commerce, paid media, DTC owned retail, and omni-channel wholesale marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in a global retail brand or marketing/advertising agency.
  • Natural and strong communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail and stellar time management and organizational skills.
  • Understand how to prioritize projects according to the brand needs and timelines.
  • Has the natural passion to work in a creative environment with the emotional intelligence and sensitivity to work with creative personalities.
  • Has the ability to adapt to the speed of Timex Group production and creative development and can manage to keep projects in order within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Operations & Workflow Management Serve as the primary global creative operations lead for a Timex Group brand/s, ensuring all creative and marketing projects move efficiently from brief to delivery.
  • Own and maintain the relational database platform software Airtable as the central system for tracking all creative projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and stakeholders are clearly documented.
  • Manage high-volume creative pipelines, tracking multiple campaigns, deliverables, and production schedules simultaneously.
  • Provide visibility into project status, priorities, and resource allocation across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Brand, DTC, and Wholesale teams to support creative and marketing needs across channels.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Manage communication across teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and campaign priorities.
  • Creative Production Management Plan, coordinate, and oversee photo and video productions for campaigns and product launches.
  • Organize and manage multiple photoshoots and productions simultaneously, often across multiple seasons.
  • Support production planning including shot lists, casting, product sample coordination, and shoot logistics.
  • Provide on-set production oversight when needed to ensure execution aligns with brand standards and production guidelines.
  • Ensure all shoots follow established capture standards, and post-production guidelines.
  • Asset Management & File Organization Ensure all creative assets are properly tagged, named, and organized across internal systems.
  • Maintain consistency in file naming conventions and asset taxonomy to ensure accessibility across teams.
  • Manage asset uploads and organization within the product management and digital asset management systems.
  • Ensure final assets are properly archived and accessible for marketing, product, and retail teams.
  • Channel Execution & Deliverables Manage the end-to-end project management of creative deliverables across brand marketing campaigns, e-commerce, paid media, DTC owned retail, and omni-channel wholesale marketing channels.
  • Intake and review creative requests, ensuring clear briefs, deliverables, and objectives are established before work begins.
  • Assign projects to internal creative teams or external partners, ensuring they have the information and assets needed to execute.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals across brand, product, DTC, omni-channel wholesale, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables through completion via Airtable, ensuring visibility across teams and proper handoff of final assets for channel execution.
  • Budget & Vendor Management Manage production budgets and vendor estimates for creative projects.
  • Work with external partners including photographers, production teams, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and invoice tracking with legal and finance teams.
  • Operational Excellence Manage high-volume creative output across campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Support production planning across multiple seasons and product launches simultaneously.
  • Continuously improve processes for efficiency, organization, and asset management.
