The Creative Design Manager will lead creative services team members to visually represent the global brand across external and internal communication channels, ensuring the look, tone, and essence of marketing and sales materials align to meet the business objectives of the organization. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking with hands-on design in the development and implementation of high-level creative concepts; managing relationships with internal clients and external agencies to better understand needs and challenges; and providing visual and messaging direction and support to marketing channels within the organization. You will also be responsible for the daily management and professional development of their direct reports.
