The Creative Design Manager role requires an influential, proactive, strategic thinker who understands marketing, brand strategy, communications, and design. This position should demonstrate high-level skills in translating business and marketing strategy into detailed execution of creative design plans. The Creative Design Manager will implement policies and standards that reinforce the bank’s brand strategy by taking projects from concept stages through to final deliverables that engage our customers and ensure a consistent brand and creative direction across all channels. This position should be aware of creative trends for financial services, brining innovative approaches to the bank’s design capabilities and marketing. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE: Lead the overall brand creative and design strategy, ensuring all work output is in line with brand objectives and guidelines Manage the overall content and creative strategy for the bank Responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion Build, shape and actively lead a highly effective creative design team
