Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years retail costing/pricing experience preferred
• Ability to apply analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios
• Problem solving mindset, analytical skills
• Financial management & business acumen skills
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage price holds and wholesale price changes.
• Perform complex analyses manipulating large data sets to create thoughtful, robust business recommendations.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested for costing related initiatives.
• Review pricing/costing by gender and category rather than by tier to ensure consistency in pricing on constructions/patterns.
• Review existing pricing/costing for adherence to guidelines and work with Sales to minimize exceptions.
• Create pricing tools by working closely with the Merchandising, Sales, Demand, and Product Development to improve pricing processes.
