About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Production Manager to join the HomeShine Studios team within PurposeBuilt Brands. HomeShine Studios is PBB’s internal creative agency that creates breakthrough communication for PBB’s portfolio of consumer and commercial brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating efficient and effective content production across digital and social channels for a variety of CPG brands.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in video production, including 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
In-studio and on-site experience as a producer or videographer
A dynamic creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including digital and social content examples.
Experience with production financial management
Technical knowledge in cameras, lighting, prop building and editing software.
Knowledgeable of digital + social video best practices and trends.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across diverse brands and timelines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and production plans effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage a content production team of videographers and motion designer/editors, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Facilitate and drive production process from pre-production through post-production
Translate creative ideas into executable production plans
Source, manage and coordinate vendors, locations, permits, equipment and external partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for live production logistics
Displays keen attention-to-detail and upholds all work at the highest standards of quality.
Oversee production for a variety of photo and video content including, but not limited to product photography, product demo videos, product advertising videos, paid + organic social content and animated graphics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously improve the quality and impact of content production output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creative partners and internal stakeholders.
