The Manager of Construction is accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities on power and natural gas infrastructure projects. This role leads a team of construction managers, inspectors, and support staff by providing leadership and guidance towards the safe and efficient execution of mega-scale power infrastructure projects including gas turbines, gas reciprocating engines, combined heat and power (CHP), Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The manager also provides oversight during development, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations. The ability to coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Environmental, Safety, Asset Integrity, and other departments is key to success. Williams is powering the future of hyperscale data centers across the U.S. with cutting-edge on-site energy systems, integrating natural gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage, and distributed control systems to deliver reliable, mission-critical energy to the world’s most demanding clients. We are looking for Engineers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Operations Technicians ready to work hands-on with natural gas generation & high-voltage systems, advanced controls & automation, and battery storage & grid integration.
