TD Bank is seeking a Compliance Reporting Program Manager to assist with the development and delivery of executive Global Compliance reporting to Senior Management and the Board. Key reports include an annual CCO report, quarterly board reports, management reporting, and periodic reports to enterprise risk. The role requires project management skills, analytical skills, excellent business writing skills, and strong executive communication skills to interact with senior compliance stakeholders. The Compliance Governance & Operations Manager leads the development and implementation (or lead support) of enterprise Compliance programs, including frameworks, policies, standards and development of procedures, awareness and specialized training, monitoring, reporting and information, escalation of issues and events. Th e above details are specific to the role which is outlined in the general description below. Please review the Preferred Skills and Experience section below as you consider this opportunity. Our team currently operates under a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work in the office two days per week. Starting in November 2025, this expectation will increase to four days per week. Please note that, due to limited office space, the exact timing of this transition may vary depending on availability and individual circumstances.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related compliance role.
  • Strong executive written and verbal communication skills focused on messaging, clarity, and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different Compliance groups to drive timely and accurate reporting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to escalate and articulate risks to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements and/or automation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools including PowerBI and Tableau a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Global Compliance reporting calendar.
  • Develop and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a key liaison with partners and other related groups, coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders and effectively challenging the timeliness and quality of information provided.
  • Develop common standards and best practices for reviewing and analyzing reporting information to maintain consistency between reports.
  • Conduct training to Compliance Units regarding Global Compliance reporting requirements for Senior Management and the Board.
  • Provide support on the compilation, drafting, and editing of documents and presentations to senior executives and committees of the Board.
  • Document management reporting processes and delivery quality results, providing advice to Compliance Units as required.
  • Assist on strategic initiatives/special projects as required.
