About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Compliance Transformational Program Lead to join our Legal, Enterprise Risk & Compliance team. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC), Credit, Data, HR and Technology, as well as external consultants to drive structure, clarity, and accountability for high-visibility risk and compliance efforts. You'll bring deep experience managing cross-functional programs, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to navigate evolving regulatory and operational requirements with precision. This is a remote-first opportunity for US-based employees, with the option to work in-person at our Manhattan office.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing global programs or projects in regulated industries, preferably within fintech, Finance or Compliance functions
  • Deep understanding of SOX, internal controls, or similar regulatory frameworks
  • Qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate program risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive stakeholders
  • Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with or across LRC, Finance, or Technology teams in a global context
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across matrixed teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the SOX program across Group, US and ANZ entities, ensuring timelines, documentation, and control owner engagement are met

  • Provide structured, recurring program updates to senior leaders and governance forums
  • Build operational reporting and dashboards to track remediation, readiness, and milestones
  • Drive global coordination of compliance and risk initiatives, ensuring alignment across regions and functions
  • Identify opportunities for automation and tooling—leveraging AI where possible—to improve program delivery and reporting accuracy
  • Support program intake, prioritization, and change management across the compliance portfolio
  • Ensure documentation and records meet regulatory and internal policy requirements
