This position oversees compensation strategy while also conducting operational activities such as job evaluations, pay data analysis, and compensation-related processes in HR systems. This position ensures consistency, equity, and compliance across all employee groups. The role works closely with HR team members and departments to provide timely, accurate compensation information and recommendations.
