About The Position

Manager, Community Relations & Social Impact Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Schedule: Mostly Monday–Friday; evening and weekend availability required at times. Key areas of focus for a successful candidate in this role are fundraising, volunteerism and grant making. We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, compassionate individual to join our team and lead the Duly Charitable Fund, internal volunteer program and Corporate Philanthropy.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate fundraising and volunteerism, or Charitable Giving required.
  • Bachelor Degree in communications or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with full scope planning and execution of corporate fundraising and charitable giving initiatives.
  • Prior project management experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Developing internal and external communication to support initiatives of the Charitable Fund, team member volunteerism, and corporate philanthropy.
  • Work with the Advisory Board to set and execute the annual plan
  • Plan and execute three Charitable Fund Advisory Board meetings annually
  • Represent the organization in the community and build relationships to advance the mission of the Charitable Fund and giving.
  • Manage the grant making evaluation, selection and distribution process in partnership with external Foundation.
  • Coordinate company-wide participation in walks/advocacy events, including serving as corporate team captain and leading internal fundraising efforts.
  • Oversee volunteerism efforts for ongoing physician, provider and team member opportunities; evaluating volunteerism program and making suggestions in areas of opportunity.
  • Plan and execute annual organization wide Week of Service volunteer events
  • Collaborate with leadership team to evaluate and lead workplace and community giving
  • Lead annual fundraising efforts, including all aspects of the Duly Charitable Fund Care Affair, Golf Outing, or Gala
  • Engage internal Charitable Champions program
  • Oversee Scholarship Fund program
  • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, panels, and public forums to strengthen relationships and elevate our mission.
