As Communications Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic communications that advance EPCOR’s business priorities, strengthen our brand, and build trust with stakeholders. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing Public Affairs team where collaboration is essential, versatility is valued, and every contribution has impact. Reporting to the Public Affairs Director, you’ll bring strong organizational and project‑management skills to oversee workflows, manage timelines, and ensure quality and consistency across all communications. You’ll thrive in a lean, agile environment by listening deeply, building strong relationships, adapting to shifting priorities, and communicating with clarity and empathy. A balance of strategic insight, hands-on execution, creativity, and sound judgment is essential.
