The Manager, Communications Strategy and Execution for Corporative Initiatives will be responsible for leading, managing and executing communications strategy and planning for key corporate initiatives that’ll raise brand awareness, inform, educate and influence internal and external audiences. The person in this role needs to be able to respond to needs in a fast-paced environment while also proactively planning and leading the development to meet ambitious and growing corporate initiatives that are evolving as rapidly as we are. This includes partnering to develop and implement communication strategies, crafting high-quality content and leading the development of effective training and sales enablement materials. The individual will foster an environment of collaboration and work closely with company executives, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to research needs and understand subject matter. They will then strategically craft well-designed content into a narrative that simplifies concepts, motivates for engagement, and facilitates easy adoption to meet business goals, seeing it through to completion and effective deployment.
