The Manager - Commercial is responsible for driving commercial strategy and growth initiatives across the midstream crude oil value chain, including transportation, storage, and market connectivity. This role identifies, evaluates, and advances new commercial opportunities that enhance asset utilization, improve margins, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. The position works cross-functionally with operations, engineering, trading, finance, legal, and external counterparties to ensure commercial solutions are economically sound and operationally executable. The Manager leads the development and negotiation of commercial agreements such as crude oil supply, transportation, and terminalling contracts. This role assesses market conditions, basin level production trends, and customer needs to support pipeline expansions, connectivity projects, and contract renewals. Responsibilities include building robust economic models, evaluating capital investment opportunities, supporting project sanction decisions, and managing commercial risk to achieve sustainable, value-accretive growth.
