As a Manager Commercial Planning, your mission will be to co-develop the go-to-market commercial plans, establish new customer relationships and drive expansion of our smoke-free products in travel retail.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of combined experience in Business Development and Commercial roles in a PMI affiliate, consulting or FMCG multinational company
  • Good business acumen, strategic thinking, financial savvy, project management are key.
  • Solid understanding of key marketing and commercial competencies like activity resource planning, and portfolio/product knowledge.
  • Project Management is a key competency.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft office and reporting tools
  • College/University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or similar

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business performance assessments as well as other internal and external factors (consumer, competition, channels and industry) to identify volume, Share of Market and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Propose portfolio initiatives from customer development and central category teams and support the validation and consolidation as part of an integrated regional portfolio plan for the business units
  • Work together with Customer Development and B2C teams to create a calendar of Commercial Initiatives for the Business Units in line with PMI Global Travel Retail (GTR) global commercial calendar.
  • Train business unit’s teams on project management methodologies to ensure projects are managed according to project management principles and practices
  • Monitor business investments of the business unit and ensure timely follow-up of budget spending discipline.
