The Manager of Commerce Operations is a key operator within Gap Inc.’s Media Operations team, dedicated to driving the execution, scalability, and operational excellence of our social commerce programs. Partnering closely with the Director of Media Operations, this role accelerates the growth of commerce-enabled media across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and emerging platforms, while ensuring product feeds and operational workflows are commerce‑ready and optimized for performance. While embedded within a large, matrixed organization, this role operates with a highly entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and building new ways of working. Creative problem-solving, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and do things differently are essential, particularly as social commerce and commerce-enabled media continue to evolve rapidly. Approximately 75% of the role centers on social commerce execution, with 25% focused on product feed operations, workflow management, and documentation.
