This role is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end revenue cycle with a focus on collections and minimizing bad debt for Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto lines of business. You will design and execute strategic collection initiatives, oversee audit and recovery processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Acting as a key partner to cross-functional teams, you will leverage data, technology, and vendor relationships to improve cash flow, reduce delinquencies, and drive operational efficiency. You will also mentor and develop a high-performing collections team while managing escalation frameworks and litigation processes.
