Requirements

10+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management, preferably in commercial insurance.
Track record of improving recovery rates and reducing bad debt write-offs.
Strong leadership experience managing teams and vendor relationships.
Deep understanding of Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire revenue cycle process including billing, premium adjustments, audit execution, and collections.
Develop and implement a collections strategy that balances customer retention with financial discipline.
Design account escalation frameworks for delinquent balances, leveraging technology to reduce charge-offs.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators for collections, providing data-driven insights.
