Use Your Power for Purpose Colleague Productivity Products is a core area of Pfizer Digital, empowering colleagues with tools for finding and curating knowledge, collaborating on files and documents, meeting together virtually and in person, and communicating corporate messaging throughout the enterprise. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Product Owner that will lead our roadmap and strategy around these critical tools . This role is responsible for the working with our external partners and internal stakeholders to create the roadmaps for these products . They will also lead and communicate the vision for these product categories and work with our training teams to empower Pfizer to use them effectively . What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Product Roadmap Stewardship Be the owner of multiple product roadmaps. Must be able to: Define and maintain quarterly/annual product roadmaps aligned to business objectives , customer needs, and budget constraints. Balance capacity across teams and vendors; proactively manage cross product dependencies and risks. Socialize roadmap decisions and trade offs with leadership and stakeholders, keeping plans current as data and priorities evolve. Outcomes & KPI Ownership Establish, track, and communicate the measures that define success. Must be able to: Set outcome based KPIs/OKRs for each product and the portfolio (e.g., adoption, satisfaction, reliability, cost to serve, cycle time, release frequency). Build measurement plans and instrumentation; ensure dashboards provide leading/lagging indicators and clear targets. Run regular performance reviews; identify insights and actions; adjust the roadmap and backlog to improve value realization. Backlog Management & Delivery Readiness Translate strategy into prioritized work for agile execution. Must be able to: Convert outcomes into epics/features/user stories with crisp acceptance criteria and definition of done. Maintain a transparent, continuously prioritized backlog across products; manage scope and aging. Prepare teams for delivery (grooming, PI/quarterly planning) and ensure increments land on time and meet quality standards. Stakeholder Engagement & Voice of the Customer Create a tight feedback loop with customers and partners. Must be able to: Lead discovery (interviews, surveys, telemetry) to validate problems, propositions, and experience quality. Represent the customer in decision forums; reconcile input from business owners, compliance, support, and engineering. Drive launch/adoption plans in partnership with change/training teams; measure and improve adoption and satisfaction. Governance, Financials & Risk Run the product as a business. Must be able to: Own investment cases and benefit realization; monitor budget vs. value and optimize run/grow/transform spend. Maintain product lifecycle governance (privacy, security, accessibility, compliance) and vendor/SOW performance. Identify and mitigate risks; maintain clear decision logs and auditable artifacts. Communication & Leadership Create clarity, generate energy, and deliver success across the portfolio. Must be able to: Craft a compelling narrative for strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and KPI performance; tailor communications for execs, teams, and customers. Make timely , transparent tradeoffs, drive alignment across Digital, business units, and vendors. Explain technical decisions in ways that non-technical folks can understand Be highly collaborative with leadership both inside and outside of Digital Ecosystem & Integration Mindset Ensure products fit together coherently and responsibly. Must be able to: Apply platform a s product thinking; reuse standards, patterns, and shared services to speed delivery and reduce risk. Coordinate with architecture, security, data, and support teams to keep integrations and SLAs robust.
