About The Position

What your day-to-day will be like: Strategize with and lead a team to launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase cardmember engagement and stimulate cardmember spend Partner closely with American Express and work closely with external agencies and internal cross-functional partners in executing acquisition marketing strategies across paid and owned channels that drive business KPI's. How you will collaborate with others: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns. Remove roadblocks for your team to ensure campaign launches. Work closely with our partners at American Express to bring Loyalty campaigns to life. What deliverables you will take ownership of: Loyalty marketing campaigns including campaigns for cardmembers to upgrade to a higher fee card, add an authorized user, refer-a-friend to the card. As the Manager, Co-Brand Loyalty Marketing, you will work to increase customer engagement and spend with our portfolio of co-branded credit cards through multi-channel marketing campaigns. On the Co-Brand marketing team reporting to the Director, you'll be responsible for leading cardmember engagement strategy while partnering closely with American Express to ensure cohesive and high-impact marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with co-brand credit card or loyalty marketing for a large brand
  • Experience leading teams, either directly or indirectly
  • Two (2) years working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in hospitality, CPG, retail, financial services, or technology
  • Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple partner groups
  • Hybrid work schedule in Addison, TX or McLean, VA (3 days per week in office)

  • BA/BS Bachelor's degree
  • Proven success in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns grounded in data and insights that have driven performance lift
  • Strong creative eye & customer-centric lens, with experience directing agency partners to the desired state
  • Development of omni-channel campaign strategies with complex user experiences
  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry
