About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Oversees the daily operations, finances, and staff of WorkPlace Health. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading staff, maintaining policies and procedures and cultivating relationships with employers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a healthcare related field
  • 2 Years of healthcare administration or operations management experience required
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Ability to development relationships
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem/Situation Analysis.
  • Varied activities including sitting, walking, squatting, stooping, lifting, bending, reaching.
  • Must be able to exert and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recurring and daily operational functions across multiple clinics
  • Onboard new Employers for each WPH Clinic location ensuring a steady pipeline of growth for each location.
  • Accountable for EBITDA Growth YoY
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and service quality enhancement
  • Collaborate with Clinic Directors and the management team to develop and execute operational systems, plans, and staffing models that support growth objectives
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including resource allocation, staff scheduling, facility utilization, and equipment/supply management
  • Resolve operational challenges related to staffing, workflow, and patient care
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor clinical and non-clinical staff; lead a high-performing team to support clinic success
  • Oversee clinic budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue and cash flow
  • Ensure accurate billing practices and compliance with contract rates, payer guidelines, and reimbursement protocols
  • Support development of new business opportunities through operational readiness
  • Approve and allocate resources based on business priorities and facility needs
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client executives, referral sources, and community healthcare providers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with corporate departments (HR, IT, Compliance, Finance) to support clinic operations and service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned
