Manages the day-to-day operation of the Clinical Education and Development Department. Provides guidance, establishes direction of program and services, and manages the budget associated with programming and service, policies, and practices of the function. Has hire and fire authority for the Clinical Education and Development staff. Responsible for assessing, designing, developing and evaluating Nursing and Clinical programs, training programs, clinical onboarding, professional development programs, and assigned special training projects, etc. Ensures competency and education of all clinical and non-clinical areas of the organization. Provides high-level internal consultation to all levels of management and work groups related to clinical education.
