There are two (2) positions associated with this posting Position Summary We’re seeking a Client Audit Manager to lead and support Client‑Initiated Audits for AON coalition clients, with a primary focus on Client Pricing. In this client‑facing role, you will manage audit projects from start to finish, coordinating with third‑party consultants, auditors, and internal partners across Client Account Teams, Benefits, Legal, and Trade. You will play a key role in ensuring audits are completed accurately, consistently, and with minimal business disruption. This includes resolving audit exceptions and identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and reduce future risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, PBM, pharmacy, and/or audit.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior customer service or client‑facing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • AS400 claims navigation experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client‑requested pricing audits, primarily for AON coalition clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors/consultants to execute audits effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of audit exceptions.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to reduce audit‑related risks.
  • Support additional audits as business needs allow.
