Position Our Claims department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate these WCF Insurance values to join their team as a Manager, Claims Analyst. This is a full‑time, exempt position. The person in this position may work remotely or on a hybrid schedule from WCF's Sandy, Utah headquarters or one of our regional offices in Roseville, CA; Boise, ID; or Denver, CO. This posting is open to internal and external candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, finance, actuarial science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At minimum of five years of experience as leader in commercial insurance claims.
  • Advanced knowledge of workers' compensation or other commercial insurance lines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development of analytics tools for workers' compensation and commercial insurance.
  • Deliver clear, actionable quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Partner with Claims and BI leaders to identify analytic needs and prioritize initiatives.
  • Direct ad hoc analyses and develop solutions to complex claims challenges.
  • Lead operational performance reviews with senior leadership.
  • Assess claims results and recommend data‑driven improvements.
  • Manage, coach, and develop claims analytics team members
  • Keep current with ever-changing claims landscape.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all analytic outputs.
  • Apply strong analytical and financial acumen to guide claims strategy.
