This position leads the development and implementation of integrated chemistry management systems including chemical control strategies, monitoring frameworks, and sampling requirements with corresponding acceptance criteria. The manager establishes technical standards for action level protocols, alarm response procedures, and corrosion mitigation strategies while ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgetary constraints. Responsibilities include directing the establishment of laboratory QA/QC programs, defining chemistry transition protocols for startup and shutdown operations, and overseeing chemical addition system development across multiple projects. The role requires balancing technical depth with strategic breadth to effectively coordinate cross-functional stakeholder relationships, manage resource allocation, and represent chemistry interests in executive decision-making forums to ensure project success and operational excellence.
