Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare leadership preferred).
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and operational best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence and a commitment to team success.
Ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of patient scheduling to ensure seamless, efficient service.
Drive initiatives that improve patient experience, access, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance benchmarks.
Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, safety, and quality requirements.
