Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Responsible for managing the day-to day-operations of business office staff and all production flows within the department. Oversees all staff production efforts, monitors and controls staffing requirements, and guides the workflows of these specific units in order to maintain and achieve established goals. All billing practices are examined, organized and enhanced to achieve compliance with accurate and timely submissions in order to control and maximize all reimbursements. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager to support a growing department aligned with the evolving needs of the organization. This role centers on oversight of Accounts Receivable (AR) performance, revenue cycle performance improvement, and leadership of key system-wide initiatives. The Manager will monitor AR trends, analyze revenue cycle and finance metrics, oversee system quality-related actions, and ensure appropriate follow-through on revenue cycle escalations. By translating data into actionable insights, this leader will identify risks and opportunities, strengthen overall AR outcomes, and drive measurable performance improvements across teams. Additionally, the Manager will oversee team members supporting enterprise projects, system implementations, and high-profile operational initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals and promote accountability. The primary emphasis of the role is on performance oversight, operational effectiveness, and execution of strategic revenue cycle priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, deep revenue cycle expertise, and experience leading complex system initiatives in a dynamic environment.
