Summary The Assistant Director, Central Business Office shall be responsible to oversee daily operations, ensure alignment with financial performance goals, and completion of month end reports and data analysist as needed for leadership. This role will lead team members to ensure resolution of patient accounts, guide team members to deliver outstanding service while helping to redefine workflows and champion process improvement throughout the revenue cycle. The Assistant Director will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and support of the organization’s goals while fostering a positive high-performance culture. This individual will work closely with leadership to update policies and processes while aiding in the achievement of the CBO’s goals and objectives. The Assistant Director will manage priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute to departmental goals with confidence and creativity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • In lieu of degree, must have 10+ years of healthcare business office and revenue cycle experience.
  • Minimum 5 years previous management experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Personal organizational skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete work within rigid time constraints with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to exercise independent thought and judgement.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.
