Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Manager, Carrier Disputes to join us in a full-time capacity. Role Overview: The Manager, Carrier Disputes reports to the Senior Manager, Collections and Disputes and oversees the Carrier Dispute team. This role is responsible for meeting performance goals and deadlines, ensuring team members understand expectations, and maintaining qualified staffing for all positions. The manager fosters a productive work environment, supports employee performance through coaching and feedback, and keeps leadership informed through effective communication, including executive‑level reporting and presentations. The role also ensures all Methods and Procedures, training materials, and processes remain current, efficient, and effective.
