About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Campus Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Team. This role will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary builder to start Garner's campus recruiting program from the ground up. You will not only execute the searches but will be the primary architect for what a world-class new grad and internship program looks like at Garner, serving as a key strategic partner to our engineering leadership to ensure we are attracting and growing the next generation of top-tier talent. Where you will work: This role will be based in our New York City office in the Financial District. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on weeks in which you are not traveling for work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or a strong desire to build recruiting programs and processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle campus recruiting or high-volume talent acquisition
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior executives and technical leadership
  • A track record of meeting hiring targets and managing complex pipelines effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills and creative thinking to represent the Garner brand at key campus events
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency and individual accountability

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the strategic vision for Garner's new grad and internship programs from the ground up
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting for assigned campus searches, including sourcing, assessing, and facilitating a positive candidate experience
  • Manage the candidate pipeline to target metrics and ensure all hiring targets are met for each class
  • Provide key stakeholder management across the internship lifecycle, ensuring every intern has a high-impact experience
  • Enhance Garner’s footprint at key schools, with a specific focus on building brand awareness and running events in New York City
  • Act as a key partner to the Leadership Team to align campus hiring with long-term growth and headcount needs
