About The Position

This role is central to the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring that strategy translates into measurable results. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of leads, manage campaign systems, and enforce best practices for data quality and operational efficiency. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and analytics, you will maintain lead scoring models, support campaign execution across channels, and drive process improvements. The role requires a hands-on approach with marketing automation platforms, strong analytical skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality leads that maximize sales impact. You will also contribute to scaling operations in new markets, ensuring compliance, alignment, and efficiency across all systems. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, including campaign execution, system administration, and platform management.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B tech companies.
  • Relentlessly positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to foster a fun, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lead management, ensuring accurate tracking of the lead lifecycle and efficient marketing-to-sales handoff.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, integrations, and campaign systems to maintain data hygiene and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and iterate on lead scoring models in collaboration with marketing analytics to deliver high-quality, high-intent leads.
  • Partner with channel managers across paid media, events, email, and website campaigns to ensure effective execution through processes and systems.
  • Oversee campaign operations ticketing and project prioritization to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Enforce database management, segmentation, and data governance best practices to support compliance and system alignment, including scaling into new international markets.
