The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: RTX Corporation has an opening for a Manager, Business Systems/ Transformation in Charlotte, NC. This position is hybrid, must work in the NC office at least 3 days per week; can work remotely within the U.S. 2 days per week. What YOU will do: Working as a Workday Integrations developer and solution implementor for HR systems. Architecting HR integrations from Workday. Leading teams of developers responsible for implementing and sustaining system integrations from Workday, including: Web API, CCW, EIB, CCB, Studio (Custom) and loading programs to support those integrations, global RTX integrations, and local business specific integrations. Gathering, analysis, design, and development of integrations. Providing technical leadership on integrations focused workshops, and partnering with conversion leads, IT leads and local BU resources to ensure a holistic architecture and solution and providing technical leadership and driving requirements to be sourced from RTX Workday integration hub to minimize the volume of integrations out of Workday. Enhancing the process and architecture to meet project and business needs. Identifying opportunities in the overall project methodology for technical or process improvements to facilitate agile development, shorter timelines, and more robust integrations. Responsible for processing and system improvements, developing strong relationships with other members of the HR Digital team, HR, and Payroll teams to facilitate integration delivery and support. Providing innovative technology solutions for the overall system landscape and architecture. Developing Workday functional, technical and integration expertise for self and team through continuous classroom training and on-the-job training. Working with Workday and other partners to explore additional opportunities/value that can be provided to RTX through investments already made and driving RTX needs into their product design.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and 8 years of progressive experience as a HR Integration Specialist or related role.
  • In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience as a HR Integration Specialist or related role would be acceptable.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience on Workday Integration tools Core Connectors, EIB’s (Inbound/Outbound), PICOF/PECI/PICIF, WECI.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience on Workday Custom reports, Calculated Fields.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience on XSLT/XML.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience on Workday Custom Integrations (Studio), AP I (Delivered and Custom), RaaS technology, BIRT Forms.
