We're looking for a Consulting Manager to lead business transformation engagements for our clients — large, complex organizations navigating significant change — with experience combining functional process knowledge with both program and change management expertise. The right person is equally comfortable in the details of a project plan and standing in front of a senior leadership team with a recommendation. They can assess situations quickly, take ownership proactively, and bring both rigor and strong judgment to everything they do. You will own the work, not just support it. You will design pragmatic approaches, develop implementation plans, and drive the delivery of transformational initiatives that produce tangible results. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will proactively identify risks and dependencies, facilitate cross-functional decision-making, and deliver change management interventions that land with impact.
