The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: RTX Corporation has an opening for a Manager, Business Systems/ Transformation in Farmington, CT. This is an onsite role, requiring working at the Farmington, CT office 5 days per week. Less than 10% national and international travel.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology or a related field and 8 years of progressive experience as a Manager, HR/Payroll Digital Services or related role. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology or a related field and five years of experience as a Manager, HR/Payroll Digital Services or related role would be acceptable.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in Architecture Design using UNIX, MFT, SSH Keys, PGP encryption and decryption, Oracle mod PL/SQL with htp packages and rapid application development tools like APPDesigner.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in Payroll Applications with data mapping / conversion / transformation / integration activities / integrating legacy applications/tools with the vendor tools including Workday and ADP products like EV5, auto-time, Global View and iPay.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in HR Applications using UNIX Shell Scripts, Oracle PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex database programs using Oracle MOD PL/SQL with htp packages, Oracle SQL queries, Oracle objects like functions, procedures, packages, triggers, views, materialized views, db_links, sequences, cursors, transactions, dynamic SQL queries, exception handling and integrating them with Active Directory and LDAP and SiteMinder.
  • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in the RSA ARCHER tool and SQL Server administration & Integration Services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Digital Technology projects aligned with HR groups using Oracle mod PL/SQL with htp packages and UNIX.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, design, and development of data integrations, applications using html / JavaScript / Oracle mod PL/SQL with htp packages and UNIX.
  • Provide technical leadership on integrations / application development focused workshops, and partner with conversion leads, IT leads and local BU resources to ensure a holistic design and solution.
  • Enhance the IT processes and design approaches to meet project and business needs and deadlines.
  • Develop expertise in Oracle / mod PL/SQL with htp packages/ UNIX / applications development / Integrations HUB and ADP integrations within RTX environment.
  • Identify opportunities in the overall project methodology for technical or process improvements to facilitate agile development, shorter timelines, and more robust integrations.
  • Support the Workday/ADP integration requirements across countries.
  • Communicate and work with HR, Payroll and Digital leadership teams accordingly to manage resource and system constraints, while supporting the project timeline goals.
  • In addition to process and system improvements, develop strong relationships with other members of the HR Digital team, HR, and Payroll teams to facilitate integration delivery & support.
  • Provide innovative technology solutions for the overall system landscape & architecture.
  • Develop functional, technical and integration expertise for self & team through continuous classroom training & on-the-job training.
  • Work with ADP, Workday and other partners to explore additional opportunities/value that can be provided to RTX through investments already made. Drive RTX needs into their product design.
  • Knowledge of RSA ARCHER tool, SQL Server & Integration services.
