About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... What You Will Do Drive quality and financial accuracy by developing and implementing quality improvement processes, conducting operational evaluations, completing follow‑up audits, resolving workflow issues, and establishing new or enhanced procedures to increase performance and profitability. Improve operational systems by identifying and minimizing variances, ensuring systems produce accurate results, communicating best practices and corrective actions, and creating action plans to support flawless execution. Lead strategic initiative execution by assessing processes for improvement opportunities, collaborating with cross‑functional partners, evaluating capacity and capability needs, providing feedback on plans, and overseeing integration activities. Monitor business performance by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and errors, creating insights and recommendations, and delivering reports that guide business decisions. Manage projects end‑to-end by partnering with internal and external teams, influencing schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, communicating strategy, and driving delivery of milestone objectives. Coordinate and oversee business activities by building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, aligning plans to customer and business needs, defining goals, measuring progress, and promoting adaptability and continuous improvement. Develop and lead associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, recognizing performance, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements
