Adelman Travel is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead new client acquisition efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants unlimited earning potential. The location for this virtual position is within designated metro areas (Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; or Seattle, WA)

Requirements

  • Proven success in corporate travel sales or related B2B sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of TMC services, including policy compliance, duty of care, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually for client meetings, industry events, and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying and securing corporate travel accounts.
  • Focus on Travel Management Company (TMC) solutions, delivering value-driven programs to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in procurement, finance, and travel management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
