The Business Development Manager leads a team of five Strategic Finance Consultants, driving personalized engagement and revenue growth within prospect accounts. This role combines expert leadership with rigorous analysis: you will build execution frameworks, set performance targets, and leverage data to sharpen strategy. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role that requires seamless operational delivery and strong collaboration with Sales to drive significant pipeline impact. Your Day-to-Day: Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage target accounts and drive new opportunities. Manage team members' target setting and performance tracking Partner with Sales and other Marketing teams to create personalized campaigns for different segments of the prospects Create multi-channel marketing programs (email, LinkedIn, events, content, ads) tailored to specific accounts or verticals Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to deliver compelling and customized assets Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage campaigns and track engagement Analyze data to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and tactics Track and report on ABM campaign performance, ROI, and impact on pipeline and revenue
