Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to bolster our expanding payor partnerships team. Working directly with the VP of Payor Strategy & Partnerships and the CEO, this role is crucial for cultivating strategic relationships with health plans and broadening market access. The Business Development Manager possesses a blend of strategic thinking and operational efficiency. You must be equally adept at maintaining a rigorous sales pipeline in Salesforce and engaging with executive leadership at leading health plans. This individual is expected to be personable, kind, and highly credible, capable of quickly building trust while maintaining a strong drive to close deals and expand access through key payor partnerships.
